I love when new players join, and I can help,because of my time and how I only have free time I can help more often when other players are not able to get on. I feel it is best to have staff on most the time even after hours so they can help with any situation, and because I can get on almost anytime; I can help with any situation when there is only myself currently on the server. What is the most important rule to you: I love the rule that in an argument, you should RP it out instead of resulting to insults. This can make a story within the server without hurting any party's feelings. Not only this, but this causes the toxicity to die out and make it about players having fun instead of just head bashing. Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated): You should accept my application because I have had experience before as a staff member and am willing to get on every day and learn more about being better. I also want to help within the server. I am a helpful person by nature, and I'm always ready to solve an issue responsibly. My most significant belief is to think logically and not drive with emotion. This will make it so I am fair when making decisions. As more time goes by, I know this server will pick up activity like crazy, and I wish to be there to help achieve greatness alongside my fellow staff if accepted.  If applying for Staff explain how you would handle a situation brought to you: I would bring both parties in and have one explain what happened then go to the other and have them explain what happened. After hearing both stories I would ask if there were any witnesses on to view this action. If so then I would bring the witness and listen to their story without having the other player around. After this I would view logs if it was RDM or such and see how this relates with the story. If not RDM just arguing an easy fix of stay away from each other and that arguing will only be placed within RP and to remember this is a game to have fun in. and if it gets bad I would give a warning to whoever is escalating the situation.
